If I can give this company 0 stars I would. They take forever to send the hair out so if you need hair make sure you order months in advance. Who knows if they even ship it. The claim it’s *** fault but that’s a lie. I ordered heard feb 16th and I have yet to receive the hair. This company needs to be shut down.

I placed an order on Sep *** and another on Oct ***. I received a shipment notification on Oct *** and another on Oct ***. “Your order is on the way” both emails stated. Lies! They were both in pre-shipment and remained in that pre-shipment status for weeks. I NEVER received my order. I called customer service and spoke with Terrence on three different occasions. I spoke to a female employee the fourth time and it is now Nov ***, I still have not received a return phone call. I have not received my order and a resolution has not been provided. I want my money back!

I placed an order oct 1st and, have yet to receive my order. I sent an email to the company and, I was told they are behind schedule because of the sale. I’ve ordered on many occasions and, never had an issue. I will never shop with this company again!

I purchased hair from them on sept *** it was part of a flash sale on the fine print it states sale delivery takes 10-1business days on 10/*/19 I received a email stating my order is on its way with a tracking number I tracked the package everyday and it kept saying shipping label printed awaiting drop off at post office I contacted the company on 10/to ask about when will they drop my package off to be delivered they said it was dropped off but something is wrong with post office we agreed to wait a couple of days to see if it’s mailed I contacted the company again on 10/10/they said they don’t know where my package is and as a good gesture will I accept a free extra bundle of hair and they will also contact me back on 10/*** with a resolution to this delivery problem they never called me on 10/*** I waited until 10/*** and called them they proceeded today to tell me they do not no where my package is and it still shows on the tracking that nothing has changed and that they are experiencing high sales because of there recent flash sale so my order is pending and I have to wait until the post office finds the package that they shipped
I am requesting my product!

I ordered hair on September 17, they didn’t attempt to ship the hair out til October 8, 2019. I called the company they told me sale items usually take 10-14 days, here it is Oct. 17 and still no hair. I tracked the package and all it says is shipping label made awaiting ***. I called big o bundles they told me to call ***. *** said the label was made but the seller never dropped the package to the store for delivery. I call BOB back they tell me their going to contact someone in their sales department but it may take awhile because they have other inquiry’s waiting with the same complaint. Bad business!!! I literally Have been waiting for hair for a month now like it’s coming from another country.The customer service rep sounded like he had no intensions on fixing the problem. I’m literally scared to ask for a refund seeing that it may take another 2 months from other reviews that I’ve read.

I ordered bundles from this company on May ***, it took maybe 10 days to ship out. I received an email from them saying that it was refunded. Why? They did not explain that in the email. I waited 5 days and still have not received my refund. I called they told me it’ll be a couple days because of Memorial Day and to call my bank and ask for an expedite. My bank told me they’re not allowed to do that and that it’ll only be 1 extra day due to a holiday. I emailed the company again that same night. I gave them 3 days to answer they totally ignored my email. So I called again I spoke to the same guy and he tells me he put my refund through on the *** of May. So he never did it from when he emailed me about it. I waited 1-5 business days as he said. STILL have yet to receive my refund. I called again on June 3rd and they told me I must wait for my refund. This company has terrible customer service, I’ve been trying to get my money back for way too long now.

I wish I could give a zero. I ordered may 3 and then received an email May 23 saying my money is being refunded due to usps . Today is June 4 still no money refunded nor do I have any hair . I called them and they told me to file a claim with my bank. If you refunded my money why do I need to file a claim. They are scam artist

Great quality hair but customer service is TERRIBLE. I made a purchase 04/19/19 on a sale the sale takes 10-14 business days and it is the 14th day today I had to call USPS myself to only find out that there was some delay which I believe is a LIE because the package was not accepted but the label was created. Everyone I spoke with was of no help and seem frustrated that I was worried about my package that I spent $200 for! THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER EVER GET ANY MONEY FROM ME AGAIN. SO SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY!!

This hair is very falsely advertised and over priced for what you are actually getting. I have been installing hair for 5 years and not only did my client get bad hair from big o bundles so did I which cannot be a random “batch of bad hair” as they told my client. My client had regular black hair that shed a huge hair ball every time she combed it and her 360 closure had a huge gap of hair missing and then my 613 Russian blonde bundles shed the exact same, my bundles were labeled body waves and never even had a slight curl after I washed them before the install. Their website says very minimum shedding and hair always returns back to original pattern, but I can’t even get my body waves to have a slight curl, I washed them and the hair stayed straight. I would not recommend anyone to buy their products. When you spend a lot of money on hair your expecting to get a very good quality and this is not it.

You can expect really good quality hair. My only complaint might be a slight delay in shipment, but this isn't a huge issue for me.

I purchased hair December 30th 2017 which cost me $271.00. I received an email stating that It would be shipped in 5-7 days but there might be a slight delay due to holiday sales. Fast forward to February 2nd 2018 the hair was never sent to me. However I paid with PayPal so I started a claim.. The hair was then mailed to me in 24 hours because PayPal does not play they will take the money out Big O's account if he cant provide tracking on the hair.

This business is so unprofessional. Once you purchase hair it takes well over the 5-7 business days to ship or possibly will never ship as in my case. I spent 200$ on hair for my client and it never arrived. I called to inquire about the order and she HUNG UP IN MY FACE and began sending text saying she would call me back ..she never did. If you are use to dealing with good customer service, this is NOT a business you want to patronize.
