11-2-16Dear Sir or Madam,I wrote to you before about a tire that was sold to me by Big-O-Tires in Las Vegas. My son, who installed the tire, is a certified mechanic, who ran his own mechanic  shop in Tucson for several years. He received training as a mechanic in the Air Force. I am confident that there was no mistake made on his part.Several people have told me that they experienced problems with this company and this brand of tire. If I had known that Big-O-Tires would not stand behind their product, I would not have done business with them. I feel that they took advantage of me because I’m a woman. mechanic installed the tires, the damage of the tire may have happened during the installation of a non certified tire technician. General tire is a very good tire. If the tire had been installed by us we would have no problem warranting the tire. For Ms. [redacted] to claim that general tire is not a good tire or that others have had bad experiences with our company is unjustified and unwarranted.
