Review: Paying for new tires when was not necessary. Went to Big O to have tires rotated & check inflation. Plush change shocks. After an hour [redacted] notified me my tires were 9 years old and was a safety hazard because of tread separation potential. He made it sound serious and a safety hazard if tires(s) were to separate at highway speeds.
At the time, I didn't know how old the tire were until I found my receipt from the last time at this location.It was 9 years ago, which he found out I had only 13,000 miles on those tires. If I had known that at the time, I would have not gotten new tires. If everything he believe is true, my spare tire on my RV is bad by just sitting on spare tire rear is hazard. Because its almost 20 years old & of course be dangerous to use.
Desired Settlement: for tires only 13,000 miles on them,I want a pro-rated amount on the miles remaining on those tires

I spoke with [redacted] over the phone and referred him to several websites that solidify our recommendation to replace RV tires after 6 years.
