Big O Tires #05085

Review: Hello, I would like to start by saying Thank You, for your time....

my complaint is with big o tires in Cameron park, Ca. with a young man called [redacted]...this man lied ,scammed, and endangered my life. and is still causing damage to my car. not to mention he denied me of service that I am entitled, under their own service. he also belittled me an and then refused to service my car as it was written on their very own contract.

LET ME EXPLAIN...on about10/14,I had Good Year tire center, mount and balance my tires, they took over (3) hours to do so. I was told at hat point that they had gotten my tire/wheel stuck in the balancing machine. and it took a very long time to remove it. I asked them to be sure that my rim had not gotten bent.... I was assured that It had not. unfortunately on my way home I noticed it had a shimmy in the front end. so the next day I called to make an appointment for them to check it again. on the 3rd day I went back and they said that it needed an alignment. but I noticed on the invoice that the wear on my new tires was very extreme. especially because the entire front end had just been replaced....and aligned. so I took my car to Big O Tires for an alignment just to be sure. at Big O, I was helped by a young man called [redacted]. again I sat in this waiting room for approx. (3) hours. finally when it was finished I was told that my new tires that were now at this point about 2 and one half weeks old, that they were worn out...and I needed new ones. but the alignment was fine but the caster was out by about (1) degree. and there was no adjustment they could do to correct it and that it was minor at that time anyway. they told me that I was entitled to one free check so I was to bring it back should there be a problem. or in about two or three month's. I am also including a letter from yet a third tire/ alignment shop because of the extreme wear on my tires in 3 days. ( there is much I need to say.....Desired Settlement: due to poor workmanship after I had explained the trouble I was having...no on or about march 1, 2016. I was driving when with out of nowhere I turned left and my tires went right. upon inspection it was found that when being aligned last that the bolts that are used for adjustment were all lest then finger tight, some as much as 5 full turns out. causing damage not only to my band new front end but also my tires, when I returned I told them what had happened and asked to get my free recheck,
