We would be more than happy to do a full refund on your oil change. Also, explain how our pricing works: Our synthetic oil change is $59.99 plus taxes for up to 5 qu[redacted]s, which would make it $62.46. Your vehicle takes 6.5 qu[redacted]s of oil, which is 1.5 qu[redacted]s of extra oil that would add $10.73 to $62.46 which would make a total of $73.19. The $14.00 charge for labor is already included in the $59.99. We have tried to contact you to inform you that we would be more than happy to refund the full amount of the oil change, and hopefully regain your confidence in our company once again. For us as a company, there is no higher priority than the trust and confidence of our customers.
