Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowAfter I filed a complaint at the corporate office, I was emailed once with instructions to bring my car backI asked the store manager if I could take my vehicle to the BigO Tires is Scottsburg as this is where I livedThe store manager emailed back and said that would be okI went to the Scottsburg BigO and they then informed me that my tires were not in need of rebalancing, but the issue was one of my rims were bentI called customer service, were they have done absolutely nothing, and they said I would get a call A few days later, while I was at work, I received a phone call from the store managerI was unable to answer, and he requested I contacted him backWhen I contacted him back, the phone call was very demeaningThe store manager stated it was not possible for his crew to bend one of my rims as the location does not have the equipment in his shop which could cause this to happenI asked why, if you didn't bend the rim, did you or one of your teammates inform me that I had a bent rim when you changed the tires? His response was the same; denying any liabilityHe then told me that I could bring my vehicle in so they could adjust it and look around to improve the shaking The store manager was very "pushy" and would not let me get a word in I was over on my break and very upsetTo get off the phone, I told him I would TRY to bring it in on SaturdayAfter the call was over, I contacted corporate again and informed them what haopened and stated I wanted to speak to a manager in corporate, not the store managerI was then, at least a week later, called by a customer service representativeShe stated corporate could not do anything as the location was a franchiseFrustrated, I then filed this complaintI refuse to believe that my rim was bent before I had my car servicedThis vehicle has been to every scheduled maintenance at the Kia dealership; my vehicle drove smooth and had no issuesThis is also the 1st set of tires I purchased for this car As soon as I got on the interstate on my way home and the vehicle went over 55mph, I knew something was terribly wrongWhen I got home, I called the store, but they were closedThat is why I called the customer service line This is the first vehicle I bought on my ownI'm driving it to work every day,worrying that this shaking is going to ruin my vehicleThis compliant is not resolvedRegards, [redacted] &nb

We have contacted [redacted] couple of times by email and once by phone as of that phone call we had set up a time on 11/15/2014 for her to bring in her car so that we may come to a resolution of this concern I had spoke with her about trying get work with her and her car to see if we can get her car to ride smooth as of yet I have not seen her and as of yet have not had a chance to fix our problem and I am willing to work with her if she comes in. After I filed a complaint at the corporate office, I was emailed once with instructions to bring my car back. I asked the store manager if I could take my vehicle to the BigO Tires is Scottsburg as this is where I lived. The store manager emailed back and said that would be ok. I went to the Scottsburg BigO and they then informed me that my tires were not in need of rebalancing, but the issue was one of my rims were bent. I called customer service, were they have done absolutely nothing, and they said I would get a call.  A few days later, while I was at work, I received a phone call from the store manager. I was unable to answer, and he requested I contacted him back. When I contacted him back, the phone call was very demeaning. The store manager stated it was not possible for his crew to bend one of my rims as the location does not have the equipment in his shop which could cause this to happen. I asked why, if you didn't bend the rim, did you or one of your teammates inform me that I had a bent rim when you changed the tires? His response was the same; denying any liability. To get off the phone, I told him I would TRY to bring it in on Saturday. After the call was over, I contacted corporate again and informed them what haopened and stated I wanted to speak to a manager in corporate, not the store manager. I was then, at least a week later, called by a customer service representative. She stated corporate could not do anything as the location was a franchise. Frustrated, I then filed this complaint.
I refuse to believe that my rim was bent before I had my car serviced. This vehicle has been to every scheduled maintenance at the Kia dealership; my vehicle drove smooth and had no issues. This is also the 1st set of tires I purchased for this car. 
As soon as I got on the interstate on my way home and the vehicle went over 55mph, I knew something was terribly wrong. When I got home, I called the store, but they were closed. That is why I called the customer service line.  
This is the first vehicle I bought on my own. I'm driving it to work every day,worrying that this shaking is going to ruin my vehicle. This compliant is not resolved.
