This is % incorrect, I have not been compensated at all and have definitely not been given anything including including tire from Big O The last conversation I had a couple of months ago was that they but no responsibilityHowever I would gladly except a tire as compensation. Revdex.com:

Business Response to a Complaint Complaint ID#: [redacted] Company Name: Big O Tires #17017 Company Contact: [redacted] Company Phone: [redacted] Company Email: [redacted] Person Who Sent the Complaint: [redacted] Staff Member: ...
[redacted] Response: Yes, we did work on Ms. [redacted]'s car. But we did not take the "whole dash" out as Ms [redacted] states. We removed the Instrument Cluster, which is located behind the steering wheel, on the dashboard. We removed 4 screws and pulled the Cluster out of the front of the dash and unplugged it from the rear of the Cluster. They did bring the car back to us and we told them it was nothing that we had done, considering that we did not take out the whole dash. We did tell the [redacted]'s that it needed a "Blend Door Actuator", which is located behind the radio in the center of the dash and that would require the whole dash being removed and that is why we suggested taking it to the dealership. If any questions please call ###-###-#### and speak with Mr. [redacted]. Sent on: 6/20/2016 1:15:24 PM

[redacted] said that they did talk, and [redacted] said it was possible that we put the tire on backwards, but the tire was not on the vehicle long enough to cause any damage. [redacted] also stated that Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] agreed that he did not see us do any damage to the wheel and Mr. [redacted] also stated that Ford told him that if Big O would pay half, that the Ford dealership Mr [redacted] went to would also pay half. [redacted] stated that if Mr [redacted] would like to contact him again that he would speak with him about this matter again. Thank you.
Sorry I had the customer confused with another customer. But [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] spoke and decided that Ford is the one that did the damage, because Ford told him (Mr. [redacted]) they would pay half if Big O paid the other half. But Mr. [redacted] even told [redacted] that he did not see us do the damage. Thank you.
[redacted] is blaming my Rim damage on BIG O and BIG O is blaming it on [redacted], if you look at the other complaint from [redacted] they are offering to pay half of the damage $200, BIG O needs to pick up the other half. The Rim cost 569.00. It was brand new the day they put it on my...
car. I need a New Rim
