Requested service not provided. Issue ignored.
On the 10th of February I took my vehicle in for a loud grinding and squeaking noise. Was told needed grease on ball joints and warmer weather. On 17th of February I called and stated I wanted to bring the vehicle in for service for auto trac and power steering due to noise getting worse. Once arrived was told within minutes that the only issue was cold weather and worst case case needed more grease, but just to wait for warmer weather. Noise continued until both traction control and power steering went out on *** march 23rd, while following management advice. I have recorded phone calls made asking for specific services and for someone to please look at the vehicle.

Desired Outcome

Repair.

after inspection on Jaime *** vehicle. the issues with the with vehicle is beyond what we do in this store .
the sales personal at that time recommend to Jamie to take the vehicle to a dealer or mechanic of their choice to help them with their issues.

blown tire. tire had warranty. shop refused to get me a new tire. went to *** store. *** store got me new tires. *** store closed.
I had the worst time with Big O tires. I had a flat tire on 01/15/20. I went to Big O on *** to get a new tire, since I had warranty on them. They told me my tires weren't covered and I needed to buy 2 new tires before I left. I refused to buy new tires since my tires were under warranty. I left and went to the *** store on *** in ***. Within my 15 minute drive across town, my tire had lost 10 lbs of pressure. I told the *** store about my flat tire and they said it was no problem to replace since it was under warranty. While we were looking at my tires, I noticed they put the wrong size tires on when I bought the tires. Because of this, they ordered 4 new tires for me. I am grateful they got the tires ordered but now I had missed 3 hours of work because the *** store would not take care of me in the first place. The manager let me know my tires would be in on the following Tuesday. The following Thursday I took off work early to get my tires installed. I get there and they couldn't find my tires. They told me to come back in a few days when they arrived. I took off work early again the following Monday, and still no tires in the store. I then made an appointment for Saturday February 1st. I get there at 7:45am, right when they open and there is a sign on the door saying "for services call this number". I leave and come back Monday after work. The manager was there and he informed me that the *** store has closed because they are just losing money. I told him I was upset because I had kept my Saturday open in order to get my tires installed. I did not get a call to inform me they were closing. He apologized and said he would meet me at the *** store to run my ticket.
I then went to the *** store on Wednesday 2/5/20. I finally got my tires installed. When I left my tire pressures were not correct but I fixed that when I got home. The next morning I was driving to work and my car was shaking. I panicked and pulled over to check my tires. It felt like a tire was flat or loose, about to fall off. Everything looked fine so I drove to work. I called Big O when I got to work and they said they would take a look at my car after work. I went straight to Big O after work. I brought up my issue to Justin, the manager and he told me it shakes when I brake. It shouldn't shake at all!! Justin said they would balance my tires and do an alignment since there were different size tires on my car than before. They were done with the balancing and alignment in 20 minutes. I don't believe they did either in 20 minutes. I asked for a print out of before and after for my alignment, and I still had to pay for a service I believe I did not receive. When I left the shop the final time my 2 left tires had 47 lbs. of pressure and my right tires had 32 lbs. My car does not run correctly now.
It took 6 visits to Big O to simply get tires put on my car. I'm tired of wasting my time and money and will have to waste more time and money getting my car fixed from the mess ups from Big O. *** I have worked on cars my whole life and they have taken advantage of me. Big O TIRES should be able to do what their store specializes in, tires.

Desired Outcome

I do not want to take my car to Big O. I would like refunded

01/15/2020 natalie came in to the *** store with a flat tire that could not be fix .did not have a new tie in stock ,put on a used tire
to get her by till we could get one in. she said the a different size was on the car . order her 4 new tires the size that was on the door plaque
and would call her when they got in. explain the warranty on the tires .she would get 1 free for the 1 that could not be fix. and the other 3 would be
prorated by the mileage she put on the other tires .the car had 159,740 miles on the car at that time . when she put the tires on in 07/15/2017 the
car had 93,314 . 66,426 miles were put on tires , mileage warranty was 80,000 miles that is 83% use of the tire. she would receive 17% per
tire at a cost of *** per tire which = $*** credit per tire x 3 tires $*** . I gave her a credit on those 3 tires of $*** to help her with her
issue.
call her on jan 22/2020 and left her a message on her phone that her tires were in at the *** store.
call back and set appointment on sat 01/25/2020 at 9am .
the *** store was close on 01/31/2020 . took tires to the ***
call her on feb 1St 2020 first thing and left a message on her phone that the *** store had close and I would be happy to come pick up
her call and get her tires put on and bring it back to her . did not get a call back . try again later that morning with no call back .
on feb 05 2020 had tires install . on air pressure and cking of the alignment was handle after talking to justin in *** . was unaware of any other issues.

Poor service killed my new tires
On My in *** I bought tires from Big O tires in ***.I redid my Alignment on *** invoice NO. ***. Later at a big O location in *** Invoice NO. ***. I went back for oil changes in *** several times and the alignment was checked. Recently I went to Big O and wanted my tires rotated. I was told that they could not do it because the tires were misaligned. At the time I could not find my receipt so I paid for another .alignment. But I replaced the tires with one of their competitors. Now that I have found my receipts I want a refund for the bad service I got.

Desired Outcome

Since I have already replaced the tires I just want a refund for the tires they ruined and the alignment.

we only show records that this person has been in only 2 times at store *** in ***. 1 st time for alignment & inter& outer tie rod ends on *** ,
2nd time for a oil change and tire rotation ,ck alignment on ***. if customer has been in other times I need receipts . warranty on alignments are 30 days . sense its been more then 9 months.as anything can happen during those 9 months, sense the time it was last check.

Bought tires by phone paid for by credit card.told me they would set them outside by *** by a dumpster no tires and received no refund! Lost$*** and no tires
*** Went to pick up tires that were purchased via phone paid for by credit card. Was told they would set outside by *** by a dumpster, when we arrived there were several tires sitting by dumpster piled up but not the size 14" was anywhere in the pile. So next day we called the supposedly "Boss" and he said they were stolen, and couldn't refund $*** to a *** year old. First of all whose to say they even sat them outside to begin with. 2nd I'm pretty sure they have insurance on theft!. 3rd This is probably how they treat all out of town and vulnerable kids who don't make that much money!

I am asking for my full refund as I never received my tires. Thanks

Talked with *** and came to an agreement to refund him half since we were both responsible for the tires once he agreed to leave the tires outside after close.

The tires were not in my possession what so ever. I feel I should not be responsible for half of the payment.

I talked with the consumer on *** and we both came to an agreement to take care of half of the bill. He complied to the arrangement and we refunded the one tire. If the consumer would like to discuss this further he can give me a call on my cell @ *** or he can even call the owner @
