I had a window repaired through Big O back in, I believe, July of The next day I noticed that the cover for the handle was missing and also the actual inside of the door is not completely put back on with the door, making the lock not lock or unlockI called the business the day afterI brought my car in so they could order the partI called about a week later and they said I need to bring my car back in because they were unable to order the partThis was after I called to confirm that they ordered itI was assured that they hadI then had to bring my car in more times after this for them to keep writing down a part number to get the part orderedI never get any follow up from themThe only time I get an answer about where the part is, I have to call and each time I am told to bring my car inI finally expressed my dissatisfaction the fourth and final time I went inI stated this is the fourth time I am bringing my car in and the manager stated he will handle right aw

On May 7, I took my car in for warranty serviceAnother business said my tire was separatingI left the car for serviceOn the phone, we agreed on serviceWhen I arrived at the business, the price was different than what we agreed to on the phoneI left without the car as the manager was not available that nightThe next day the owner agreed on a priceWhen I picked up the car, I noticed the type of tires on the invoice was changedI think they changed the service providedA few days later, I noticed the hubcap on one of the tires was missingThe manager said he would not be responsible

Yesterday we took our car to Big O Tires after beginning to hear a loud scraping sound when backing up, Rudy said we needed to have our calipers replaced as the drivers side one was “froze up”, he recommended we do both of them and it would cost about $1,000, he said we COULD NOT drive the vehicle anymore as it would cause more damage and cost more moneyMy husband and I decided to leave the vehicle there because it needed to be done, I mean it's the BRAKES!! My husband drives miles to work one wayMy sister said she thought that sounded hokey so she texted Jerry- at a shop where we have taken our vehicles in the past & told him what was up, he called me and I told him of the issue, he said he has never heard of the calipers on this new of a vehicle to freeze, it’s an Chevrolet Equinox especially since the noise we were hearing was only on backing up and not all the time or constantSo we went back to the tire shop and got the car, Rudy told my husband that the drivers sid

It took hours to look at my tire and another hour to fix itThey always say they are a few guys short every time I come here

I went into a Big O Tire location on 7th St and Baseline Rd, in PhoenixMy Primary visit was for a simple oil change packageThe reptold me, "If you apply for a Big O card, your oil change is free." I told him that I currently had no job and couldn't afford such a thingHe explained that even if I dont get approved, my oil change was freeSo, I went for itI was approved for an $limitSo they took my car into the shopWhen a rep returned, I was told my water pump was bad and needed to be replacedI told him I couldnt afford thatHe said "No problemYou have 6mo to pay it back with no interest." So, I said okayAfter that problem was supposedly fixed, I was informed that there was another issueThe fans in my car just so happened to quit working as they were finishing my carI questioned this and I was assured that they were'nt ripping me off! To fix everything, it was now going to be $I again voiced my concern and was told that I now had 12mo to pay it off wi

Late April, or early May I took my vehicle into this shop for a transmission rebuild inquiry; having previously just paid for and having completed front end work on this vehicle the month prior, and purchasing new tires here, I believed this shop to be my new go toThe manager at the time said they could complete the transmission rebuild; upon collection of my vehicle (2wks later), then having learned the repair was not done at this site; now my engine had a severe knocking' and a bigO mechanic at this shop sd, 'it was doing that before it got here' and the same mechanic suggested to the manager to place 'thicker oil' in it as a solution, which the manager complied I kept the truck one day, felt unsafe, and returned the vehicle demanding responsiblity, reminding BigO, that had the truck been knocking in the condition it were 'that would have been the job asking for' not a transmission rebuildA second mechanic next day revealed (in barely a day of use) the lifter shredded there was

Thier response is ridiculous, I did not have any work done by them at that time. My complaint speaks to the shops attempt to charge me for work that DID NOT need to be done. I can only assume they would have charged me to have the brakes and calipers replaced and simply removed the tiny rock that was causing the noise when backing up. I wonder if any. one really read the complaint that I wrote.

To whom it may concern,The customer came into our facility on 7/27/2015, at that time we performed a test drive and brake inspection. The front brake pads were metal to metal and the front brake rotors were below minimum specification to machine. We recommended front brakes to fix the customers...

concern at the time.  We replaced the front brake pads and rotors.  The rear rear brakes were still within specification on 7/27/2015. As the the store manager I contacted the customer in regards to this issue after I received the complaint and have not received a phone call back.

Customer has been contacted and the part was ordered and will be in on Friday

Hello, I have still not heard from Big O Tires. I called just yesterday and was supposed to get a call back. This did not happen either. At this point, I believe, it has been 4 months with no resolution. Thank you,[redacted]
