What the customer forgot to add is she pushed an employee at the start of all this. When the employee tried to put oil in the vehicle, she slapped oil container out of his hand.  She also shoulder bumped another customer aggressively who was recording her walking though shop insulting...

every person who was white with the name "[redacted]" and "[redacted]".  Her behavior was juvenile and completely unacceptable.  We had to call the police due to her not letting us complete service to return vehicle to her.   Customer is not allowed on property. No refund will be given. We also have a video from another customer showing the side of her she didn't reflect on in her complaint.

Consumer was charged too much for services. We will be offering Mr. [redacted] a refund $69.00.

Review: I called Big O Tires for a quote. I spoke with [redacted] and he quoted me $168 to mount, balance, wheels and tires that I brought. I informed him they were 19" wheels and 225/35 and 255/30 tires. When I arrive, [redacted] helps me unload my wheels and tires. I tell him what I have told [redacted], mount and balance tires on the wheels. He writes me up for a quote for $168.20 and I sign the quote. I then inquire to align the car. They invoiced me the alignment and I sign another quote. I figure one stop shop! How convenient.

When I leave the car there to get dinner, I get a phone call. I get a call from the store manager. He said his employees have mis-quoted me. And the actual invoice is $71 higher ($239). Since I had already delivered the wheels and tires there, it would be a waste of time to reload them and take them back home. Since they were mounting the tires/wheels and aligning the car, I told them to go ahead.

I get a call about an hour later notifying me that they could not align the car. I only reason I decided to pay the extra $71 because I thought they could also align the car! I figure I would pay for the convenience since the car was already there, and I would also be paying for an alignment. So now I have over paid for mounting the tires and leave without an alignment.

I was given the price of $168 two times by two separate employees and I signed the quote. I do not believe it was fair for them to change the price once I have left the car, wheels and tires there, and left to get dinner. Worse yet, I have to spend more time to go get the car aligned somewhere else.Desired Settlement: Refund the excess amount the manager re-quoted. I have the original invoices I signed available for review.
