For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There is no way I would have paid $for oil change if I could have received the same service for $? Tire roatation wasn't ? done nor did he bother to address the issue? His response is not truthful? Sent: Monday, March 14, 7:AM*** *** *** *** To whom it may concern, As stated in customers problem she visited the store on 02/23/2016. She came in asked for an oil change and tire rotation. We do and always have taken oil
changes next door to *** *** to have fluid exchanges done because of the land agreement between properties. They have a banner in front of their locationfor a $oil change only. No top offs only oil and filter. The only thing Ms*** said while here was should she take it over there or can we. We told her she could do either way and resulted in us taking it over there for her. Nothing was mentioned from her that she wanted that lesser grade oil. Prior history here she has always received a regular oil change and rotation. So that's what we did. Once we were done and invoicing her out is the only time she mentioned she wanted that lesser grade oil that was advertised on their banner. We tried to explain the difference between the two but she insisted that the sign out front was ours and that's what we should have done. If that was what she wanted all she had to do is say so from the beginning. We are not here to swindle or mislead our customer and we take that very seriously! We don't take it upon ourselves to assume what customers need or want. They have to communicate as well. So with that said I have credited her card the difference amount of $14.50. Hopefully not all BigO locations have shady owners.
