Big O Tires and Express Lube

While vacationing in Nevada, I was advised by this vendor in [redacted] to replace tires. I purchased four at a cost of $976.42 on 07-01/15. Some miles East of [redacted] where services are rare, I developed a bad vibration in the wheels. We limped at slow speed to [redacted] where another vendor, [redacted] found that three of the wheels had been balanced very incorrectly by Big O, and that two lug nuts were installed at an angle (against the threading) of the studs which ruined one of them. It was necessary to spend the night in [redacted] while a new stud could be sent from [redacted].We missed an important meeting in SLC and had to spend the night in [redacted] while a new stud could be sent from there. [redacted] the gentleman who manages the Big O store in [redacted] was contacted on the evening of 07-01/15 and he advised me to contact Big O at a number he provided for customer satisfaction.
