Mr*** visited our Big O Tires location in Craig, CO on 5/27/ The price discrepancy was taken care of at the time of invoice The reason why the price was listed differently is because there was a bug in the original price file that had his tires quoted online at $118.99/ea
On 5/26/at 5:p.m(mst) I as store manager reinstalled the price fileThis then moved the price of his tires from $118.99/ea that he quoted himself online days before up to $ When the sales associate handling Mr*** was confronted by this he corrected the price to what the customer had initially quoted himself online without question As far as leaving a review that would be posted to our consumer site we (as owners) DO NOT under any circumstance have any control over what is and is not posted Mr*** DID NOT post a review to our website nor did he post a review to any website He responded to a survey from "***" that immediately alerts the store and owners for any review rated less than three (3) stars This is to ensure quality control in order to reach out to any and all customers to resolve any issues there might be, to ensure we retain that customer Upon receiving the alert from this system, I immediately reached out to the customer via email to please call me to resolve anything that might be of any concern I had to do so because the customer refused to leave his full name and/or phone number on this survey, all that was left was his email address I understand as well as I am aware that customer satisfaction is key to success However in this instance, I do not feel as if there is any validity to this complaint Computers as well as computer programs often times have a glitch or something go wrong as was the instance in this situation Fortunately our sales staff is highly trained in customer service and that is our absolute number one (1) priority They did the right thing by meeting the price he was prepared to pay as well as offering free service for the life of those tires on that vehicleBig O Tires, Craig, CO are in no way deceiving online reviews nor are we monitoring any reviews trying to show a dishonest level of online reputationThank you for your timeTravis---- Big O Tires Craig, CO

I am rejecting this response because:I did click "write a review" and submit a negative, one star online review via the Craig Big O website.I have also attached a response I got from Big O indicating my "review" had been received.My concern remains that after pressing "Write a review" and detailing my experiences, my review still has not ended up on the website to be publicly viewed by other customers like the four and five star reviews are. Please point me to where I can write an honest, negative review that will be included among the other, more positive reviews presented on the Craig Big O website. Or, does this survey/review system used by Big O Tires corporate not publicly post the reviews like mine that are three stars or less to the site?I would ultimately like to understand more about why a negative review isn't showing up after it has been submitted, and how I can actually write a review that will show up with the others.
