Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response becausevibration was at to miles per hour, and start again from miles per hourI did all diagnostic work with front drive shaft and come to big o'tires with my parts and give them order to replace u joints at front drive shaftmechanic did it and vibration stopbut mechanic say vibration still feel at miles per hour and recommended to me replace u joints at rear drive shaftbut I not felt vibration at miles per hourbut I agreed to make this jobat friday 08/28/in the morning my wife give them car without vibration, and take car back with vibration at miles per hourThis problem occurred after replace u joints at rear drive shaftand this problem can not be at the rear suspension, only if it was broken at big o'tiresin conclusion from [redacted] dealer say "rear vibration could also be due to rear suspension links found rear suspension link bushings worn out." but it is only "could be" it is not evidencealso in conclusion from [redacted] dealer say "also rear drive shaft was not installed back properly as you can see where lines were marked but not installed back in those marked areas." and they recommended replace drive shafts Now I demand to pay me a specified amount for repair at [redacted] dealer Regards, [redacted]

We will not be taking this complaint any further. We did not install any parts improperly. We also spoke with the mechanic at Infinity and another driveline company just for an opinion. The owner of the vehicle is not correct

I am rejecting this response because:at [redacted] dealer was checked runout at rear and front driveshaft. runout front driveshaft is in limit and I do not have pretension to big o'tire. but rear driveshaft is not in limit . [redacted] dealer was send my rear driveshaft to some driveshaft company to fix it, and they fix it, also they change u joints that was installed at big o'tire service because they was broken. I want give to big o'tire last chance to decide this incident amicably. so I suggest to big o'tire give me all money what I was spend at [redacted] dealer. I have all statement from [redacted] dealer:1) about improperly installed rear driveshaft   $1252) about checked runout                               $187.503) about repair rear driveshaft4) about installation rear driveshaft                $495.39total                                                             $807.89all statement about repair I will try to send with this email. I think this is a good deal because guarantee of service from bigotire is 12000 miles or 12 months but my car was needed repair after 2-3 weeks, or 100-200 miles , and I reduced the amount of damage to the $807.89

The customer came to us with a vibration, we determined that the front u joints were bad and the mechanic even showed that the needles bearings were in pieces. We replaced them and it still had a vibration, so we replaced rear u joints also that had less play than the front, it also didn't...

correct the problem the vibration was still noticed.  We did not charge him for rear work done and asked him to let us look at it further he produced a google paper saying we did everything wrong and was taking to dealer to check out. the next day he came back with an estimate from dealership for 1900.00 dollars to replace both drive shafts. My mechanic talked to dealer mechanic and they stated the don't do u joints they replace the entire drive shaft. on the invoice from dealer they stated work was done wrong but the mechanic said work was fine, we also checked with northern Colorado drive line and they said work was fine. Also noted on dealer invoice was vibration could be from worn out suspension bushing in rear of car and not shafts at all. We did all we could to try and satisfy this customer but he is not willing to cooperate at all. There is also a language barrier as he does not speak English very well.

I did all diagnostic work with front drive shaft and come to big o'tires with my parts and give them order to replace u joints at front drive shaft. mechanic did it and vibration stop. but mechanic say vibration still feel at 55 miles per hour and recommended to me replace u joints at rear drive shaft. but I not felt vibration at 55 miles per hour. but I agreed to make this job. at friday 08/28/2015 in the morning my wife give them car without vibration, and take car back with vibration at 30 miles per hour. This problem occurred after replace u joints at rear drive shaft. and this problem can not be at the rear suspension, only if it was broken at big o'tires. in conclusion from [redacted] dealer  say "rear vibration could also be due to rear suspension links found rear suspension link bushings worn out."  but it is only "could be" it is not evidence. also in conclusion from [redacted] dealer  say "also rear drive shaft was not installed back properly as you can see where lines were marked but not installed back in those marked areas." and they recommended replace drive shafts . Now  I demand  to pay me a specified amount for repair at [redacted] dealer.
