Big O Tires - Monument

Took in for alignment on 10/19/twice
Alignment cost $Paid with a VISA card
I got new tires and the tire shop recommended to have an alignment checkI drove the car for days before taking it in for an alignment checkNo problems with pulling or steering wheel not being level
I went to Big O Tires in Monument, ColoradoThey check the alignment and the before measurements show it is way out of alignment in the toeThey aligned it and the after measurements show all good back in specI drove it away and the steering wheel is not level and it is pulling badly to the rightI go back, they tested again and they said yes it is pulling to the rightWe will redo itSame thing, they check the alignment and the before measurements show it is out of alignment in the toeThey aligned it and the after measurements show all good back in spec

I bought new tires on 02/15/On 07/02/I ended up purchasing a 5th tire due to a bubble on one of the tiresThey put on a 5th tire which turned out to be not only used but even the wrong brandThis tire has weights that are specific to Big O Tires, yet they are claiming I somehow must have put this tire and weighted it myselfThey have offered me a new tire for half price along with a warranty in stead of the product I paid forThe weights on the tire prove the tire came from Big O

On 11-2-I had a 10am appointment for an oil changeIt was done by 10:40am so I took my car and drove it miles homeI had lunch at my house and by 11:I went back out to my car and noticed the right side of the hood had a large bend in itI drove back to Big O and arrived before noonI told them of the problem the desk person said they would take care of itNick the Manager came out and looked at it and said there is no proof it happened at Big OI tried to reason with him but he took absolutely responsibilityI asked for his boss and he said "it stops here." I filed a complaint on their Corporate site but have not heard a word back
