Rec'd free tire rotation and brake inspection from Big O Tires in Prescott, AZ. The inspection took 3 hours. I was told my front wheel drive car had completely worn out front rotors on both front tires. I was told the brake pads on both front tires needed to be replaced. I was told my brake system needed to be flushed and replaced, and rear brakes needed cleaning and adjusting. Final cost $361.08.
My brake specialist inspected everything, after Big O's Inspection. Both front disc brakes were recently replaced...both rotor and pads, and yet Big O said they needed to be replaced again! The back brakes are drums and yet both drums were not removed to be checked. I knew this because the drums were still filled with dust. This dust could not have accumulated within one week. This leaves me to believe the drums were never opened to be inspected. My car travels approximately 25 miles a week. My rotors and brake pads were still like new. I can not help but wonder if my tires were ever rotated or balanced. I wish I had marked them in advance. I had a front end mechanic go with me, and he was not allowed to look into the bay to see if the outcome was truthful. Apparently, everything Big O Tires told me and put on my Invoice was completely untruthful and false. None of the work they advised me "as necessary" was ever needed. My car had no problems whatsoever.

Went in and waited for an Oil Change and it took almost 2 hours. Then come to find that they over inflated my tires.
I ask the sales rep to please decrease the tires to a safe level
and he argued with me and was very rude about it.
So I left and went to discount tire and they were very nice
and put the correct air pressure in the tires for free.
I will never go back to that Big O tires again.
