Big O Tires, Shelbyville

My daughter's year old Mercury Sable overheated yesterday on I-returning to Louisville from my house She pulled off at Shelbyville and called me in Lexington I found this Big O Tires on the Internet and called them..Jim answered He heard the problem and gave me a tow company number and said he could/would repair the car the next morning They opened at 8am I called him at 8:and he told me what the problem was, a cost breakdown (parts/labor) and a solid total repair cost
They called me up before 3pm and said the car was ready to be picked up!!! They had also checked out all of the coolant system for other problems and found none
Jim told me that I was eligible for a military discount (from our 1st conversation) without me asking about it!! Without asking, he had also saved and showed me the broken part and where the new part was located on the car I paid $LESS than the quote and my daughter drove on to Louisville in a safe, well running car
DRIVE OUT OF YOUR WAY TO GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!
The best service I have have in a LONG TIME!!!!
