Went to Big O for new tires and a front end alignment and was told they could not do the alignment because my outer tire rod, inner tire rod and lower ball joint was needing to be replaced costing me a total of $984.00. Thank God I took it to a different mechanic for a second opinion which was that I only needed one tire rod costing me a total of $220.00. I had to take it to Christian Brother automotive for the alignment and they confirmed that everything look great and my mechanic was correct! Never again will any Big O Tires touch my car. They are very dishonest and would rip you off at the drop of a dime! When it comes to Big O always get a second opinion in my case it saved my hundreds of dollars!!
