Big Os Concrete Reviews (%countItem)

On 4/11 and 4/12, 2020 Oscar B re-stuccoed my home.On 4/13/2020, big patches began falling off. I haven't seen or heard from him since 4/18/2020.
On 4/8/2020 I entered into a contract with Oscar B to re-stucco my home for $3,000. I paid him a cash deposit of $800.
On 4/1/2020 he began working on the house and I showed Mr. B the white, powdery residue on the walls and questioned whether they should pressure wash the house first. Mr. B said it wasn't necessary and that I should just 'trust him'.
As they were working on the house on Sunday, 4/12, I was concerned about the inconsistent texturing being put on the house. Again, Mr. B said that I should just 'trust him' and that "the house will be beautiful". The re-stucco was completed after dark on Sunday, 4/12/2020.
On Monday, 4/13/2020, when I returned to the property, I found that they had emptied the concrete mixer in my back yard and there was a patch of about 6 foot by 6 foot of stucco hardened. All of my brand new windows had dried stucco all over the frames. That's when I found that the stucco was separating from all of the walls in big patches that came crashing to the ground. I have a video and pictures showing this.
I immediately contacted Mr. B and he said "I thought that might happen". He came to the house to look at the walls, the windows, the mess in the back yard and the piles of dried stucco on the ground. I wanted ALL of the stucco removed and the entire mess cleaned up and he assured me that he would take care of everything and that I should 'trust him'.
On Saturday, 4/18 he spent a few hours scraping some of the stucco off, but everything was left on the ground-nothing was cleaned up. On 4/19 his wife called to say that Mr. B would return to work on the house on Monday 4/20.
I called him the afternoon of 4/20 with no call returned.
I called him on 4/21 with no call returned.
I texted him on 4/22 stating that I needed him to finish the job or I wanted my $800 back.
As of this date, May 1, 2020, I have not heard A WORD from Mr. B.
Patches of the stucco scrape off easily, but around the windows and other areas it needs to be scraped off piece by piece!
On Saturday, 4/25/2020, I spent 4 hours digging stucco out of my yard, loading it into my truck and taking it to the dump.
On 4/28/2020 I consulted with another stucco company and they came and looked at the house. They said that the house should have been pressure washed and then had a bonding agent applied directly to the house prior to applying the stucco. THIS WAS NOT DONE BY MR. B. They also said that ALL of the stucco must be removed prior to them re-stuccoing the house.
I have spent numerous hours cleaning the stucco from my new windows and scraping the walls and I have hired someone to come on Saturday, May 2 to finish scraping and remove the debris.
It is taking me WEEKS to clean up the mess Mr. B created in 2 days. I am paying someone to help me remove the remaining stucco and will have to pay another company to re-stucco the house. As such, I want a FULL refund of my $800.

Desired Outcome

I want a cash refund of my $800.
