Big Party Rentals

Review: We went to this party rental store to rent a bounce house, 5 table, 40 chairs and a pinata for my grandsons birthday party on 11/16/2013. I paid in full for the service (124.49). It was to be delivered between 10 and 11am. They got there a little after 11 set up the bouncer and it was filthy so they got a different one. they set it up and left quickly saying they forgot a table and would be right back. While they were gone I inspected the bounce house it was torn and duct tape was all over it. They had put little poster type things on the front that kept falling off. (it was windy and one has not been found). My grandson and a friend was playing in it when I noticed it moving, they had never even staked it down so my husband did. The tables were also dirty and had left over food and streamers all over them. At 1:30 pm they finally came and brought the last table and my husband told the man about the bounce house. He put one stake in it and ran to his truck and left. I have put in a dispute with my credit card company. My daughter went to the store and the placed was closed they have been evicted since we were there a week ago. so she went to their other store and told them we wanted our money back and to cancel the whole thing. THe lady there said she would have her daughter call us in 1 hour. we nver heard back. We called several times with no response. FInally someone answered and we were told that we "never called to cancel" "never went to the store" "never complained about the product". THis place should not be in business.
