On 07/15/15, Mr*** contacted us via telephone indicating that he expected his first payment to be $however the amount of $was debitedThe customer service representative notified Mr*** that since he opt to process payments on a monthly basis, his finance fee would be at a different rate than a bi-weekly rateWe apologize for any confusion or miscommunication.Mr*** stated in his Revdex.com complaint letter that he would like to process a payment in full for the principal balance onlyWe will be more than happy to process his request, however we ask that Mr*** contact us at his earliest convenience, so that we can schedule the remaining principal balance on our next business day
