Big R Rural King Supply

I took my Toro Zero turn mower to Rural king in Swansea may 28th and I was told they were 2 weeks behind but someone would reach out to me once the mower had been looked at. I was told the first week in June that the mower would require a new motor or I could purchase new mower. I chose to repair the mower . they repeatedly told me the repairs with motor would be between $1600 and $1800 and that the motor was on back order. I continued to phone in once a week some times more to find out about the back order. The first week in Sept I receive a message saying they had my mower but wanted to know what to do with it as I had not told them what to do. and that the repairs would now be $2000 . I called back and spoke with Rebecca a store manager and she was told I would now need to put $1200 down and the repairs would be $2200 . today I called and ask to speak with a manager and an employee then told me that the repairs will be $2400 I told him this is why I am requesting to speak with a manager why can't anyone do that. He hung up on me. Poor communication skills . this has been months
