Big R Stores Inc - Corporate Offices

We have been shopping weekly at Big R for over a year now in Bernalillo, NM. Dakota has become our go to person. She actually knows what we need and takes the initiative to get us taken care of and has even gone above the call of duty by texting us when a load of beet pellets finally came in. For several months there was very limited supply or none and we had to go to Tractor Supply to get our weekly bags. As a customer we like to go to a store that has employees that make a connection and welcome us as a friend. That's what Dakota does. We do not like having to go to Tractor Supply because there is high employee turnover and no one there has made an effort to make a connection with us. We really wish the manager would do what it took to ensure beet pulp pellets was on the shelves. Not sure why Tractor Supply seems to be able to have it more often that Big R. At any rate, Dakota is a gem and I hope the company recognizes her value.
