I walked in the new Big R store in Bernilillo New Mexico for the first time since it opened. I browsed around the whole store without one single employee asking me if I needed any help. Every single employee that I noticed were all talking to each other and around joking around. There was only 2 customers in the store at the time. Service 101 couldn't even be executed. Sorry to say because the store was very nice. I will not be doing any purchasing at that store ever.
Review: Bought chain saw cash May 1, 2015 in Farmington Big R. Took it home used it about 3 times, 1 to trim fence, 2 to cut a cedar tree, 3rd to cut another cedar tree and chain saw just stopped and would not restart. So took it back to Big R, manager told us to take it to [redacted] to have it service. Took it there said 7 to 10 days, called them back 7 days later said can’t fix it piston rings broken. So picked up chain saw took it back to Big R talked to [redacted] Manager, he said bring it back, maybe a defect and exchange it. We took it back and he didn’t want to exchange it or refund the chainsaw. I asked him if he could at least get us parts but didn’t want to either. So bought that and a lot of other stuff cash plus took about 3 trips back to resolve this. We live about 3 hrs drive from Farm. So nothing was done, I owned about five chainsaws before so I know how to put gas in with mixture, and make sure it has bar oil in it. I even still have bar oil that ¾ of the way full, so it was oiled. No neglect on my part, and wasn’t even 90 days yet. Please help! Just want exchange or refund thank you very much!!Desired Settlement: Want exchange of chainsaw or refund please! really in need of chain saw
