Big Ray's Express Lube

This place is Terrible and they take advantage of women customers. I got three oil changes from this place. On the third oil change they didn't do a thing. I have a 2011 Toyota Camry. It's tough to drain my car. My whole car shakes every time I get it done. When I went to Big Ray's the third time, I felt nothing. All they did was put a little oil in it. I already knew my oil level was low, so a little oil filled it up. So I questioned the guy by the register, he tried to make it seem like I didn't know what I was taking about. Like I was stupid because I'm a female. They also added an extra charge to my bill. He told he it's because it's full synthetic. I know I pay more, but it's was more than they charged me the last two times. I keep all my receipts for any work I get done on my car. I looked at my last receipts and I was right, and he did charge me more.
I brought my car to my mechanic, he said it looks like I haven't had an oil change in forever and he did it for me. I told him, I just did but I knew the guy didn't do something right, I never felt anything go on on the bottom of my car. He said they never changed my oil filter. They could have ruined my engine. I will never go back there. This place is a SCAM!

I will never return to Big Ray's for anything. My daughter took my Passat station wagon in for an oil change today, and came home with the front underside air defector dragging on the ground. I couldn't drive the car that way, so I drove to Big Ray's to question where the screws went that hold it in place. One employee informed me that "most of those" cars don't need that part so it's no problem but that he usually used electrical "zip" ties to put it back on. The employee that actually did the service work told me that he spoke with my daughter regarding missing screws and that it was loose when it came in. My daughter tells me that the only conversation with anyone was when they tried to up-sell her to a synthetic oil instead of regular oil. My complaint is: 1) Put the car back together they way you found it when it entered your facility, 2) Zip ties would have been better than nothing and, 3) Don't lie to me. With more than 40 years around the automotive industry, I know BS when I smell it!
