customer isn't satisfied for one reason or another Sometimes there are times we feel a customer is being a bit unreasonable; yet we don't forget that our reputation is our greatest asset and do almost anything to bring the situation to a happy conclusionYet there are rare instances when we need to stand up to extreme situations where we're being taken advantage of in a totally inappropriate way; we still need to maintain our dignity! In this Revdex.com complaint filed by Darius; we feel we were a victim of an extortion attempt.Darius was apparently very happy with us when we made his custom order engagement ring (This is all well documented in email correspondence with him during the initial interactions)He then had a very quick change of opinion after we made a matching wedding band that had a slight issue which we immediately corrected.He demanded that we not only completely refund ALL his purchases but demanded additional monies for his time Which he demands again in this complaint filing.He threatened me physically when I spoke to him on the phone to try and come to a rational conclusion We made and delivered completely custom made rings, which can be seen in the attached photos These photos were taken ten minutes before the rings were put in a FedEx box and sent to him They are exceptionally beautiful and we are very proud of the work To demand that his engagement ring, wedding band be completely free, and pay him additional money on top of what he paid for them is totally absolutely ridiculous.Darius disputed both purchases which he paid for with ***. *** has a strong history of siding with the customer vs vendor.In this case *** refused to accept Darius's claim and he was denied ANY and ALL refund disputes by them. We will defend ourselves against clients that attempt to treat us this way even if it results in a negative review I hope that future customers review our response and see that this is a situation where we were not at fault.We wish Darius better days ahead and focus on the very attractive rings which he designed and asked us to make for his bride They are very very unique and special

I am an auto mechanic and I work very hard to make ends meet, why would I want to extort a jewelry store? I trusted this company multiple times and they have failed me twice, besides *** *** is very disrespectful and rudeThis company did not offer help or any reasonable solutionsThey are also very unprofessional and shadyNatural Sapphire company only offered *** as the way of transaction for the rings, I even questioned them twice to be sureI am used to using my credit card for large purchasesLater I found out this is their way of taking my money and running away with it. *** denied making a case because it didn't fall under their protection plan, since there was no written agreement of any kind between me and the sellerTo be exact I only disputed one purchase which was the wedding band.MrAnrstein at one point threatened to use our recorded conversation against me in court, without even telling me our conversation was being recordedI am so frustrated by this company's response to everythingThey are a joke! I spent a lot of money and I deserve the right to receive what was promised to meIt is not acceptable to get a damaged ring back, nor to be bullied because I am powerless against them I have told *** *** in emails and I would like others to know as wellMoney is no comparison to the love I have for my wifeMaking her happy is all I want. Unfortunately, Natural Sapphire company failed very badly to help me with thatMy wife is very angry and upset about it, her brand new wedding band is damaged before she has even worn itI wish I had at least gotten some sympathy from them! Now I would like to warn others as well, not to fall for this poor performing and not very consumer friendly company.After being a victim of the Natural Sapphire company, I now understand what those bad reviews online meantI feel naive for not believing that one day, I could be that one bad reviewI would like to make the public aware of what happened to me, so maybe they can make the wiser decision
