Review: [redacted], the owner of Big Red Home Improvements was hired under contract dated 03-15-2015 to repair/enlarge koi pond. Part of the work has not been completed. The contractor broke a water pump that he promised to repair and install but has not done so. Several phone calls were made but no response.Desired Settlement: The business is being requested to refund the cost of the pump and its installation.
