even look at the truck.  Once that was finally done, my truck was looked at.  They told me what was wrong and that Josh needed to sign off so it could get fixed.  Josh was no where to be found.  I called and called and called, he was either with a customer would call me back, out to lunch or on vacation and they would have him call me.  Never received a call back.  That we owe needs to be done before I get there for them to look at it and somebody needs to be able to sign off so I can get my truck fixed.

has not been damaged in any way, in fact a used warranty would have cost more at the time of sale.

The customer simply needs to make a service appointment.

The banks set the terms of sale. The Oklahoma Delivery agreement that the customer signed is very clear on this.

Our scanner identified this vehicle had engine and wiring harness codes.  Due to this, we chose not to purchase the vehicle as it was not in the condition described to us.

I am rejecting this response because: You as the business should NOT have run any credit checks WITHOUT our permission! By your logic any random person can come in off the street with any social security number and have credit checks run dinging an innocent persons credit.  We signed nothing and were unaware anything was happening involving our credit until someone called us to tell us we had been approved for a car. We were not in the market to buy a car and to top that off you guys shared the info from that credit report with someone other than us.

Key Finance Company, on 4/7/15 at 3:15 p.m. and spoke with [redacted] She indicated that they NO LONGER do business with Big Red Sports & Imports so it is NOT possible for Big Red to help with a Refinance. If Big Red can communicate with The Key and resolve this financing situation I was mislead into, I would greatly appreciate it as well as resolution. I am currently paying $486 a month. I want to pay less, as I was verbally told the day I signed the contract at Big Red Sports & Imports. Thank you.

Big Red Sports and Imports indicates that they will "try" to work through them. I would like to know HOW they will work on getting my cars monthly finance payments lowered, as the salesman expressed the day I said yes to accepting the vehicle and making payments.
