[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I can appreciate hard work but the professionalism was not thereYou say you wrap each piece of furniture was wrapped and padded, this is not true in my case I have pictures showing My head board,foot board , couches, and table that was not cracked were not wrappedIn fact the end tables were stacked on top of each other with nothing securing them! I find it amusing your team said scratches to my bed and the cracked table were documented, again a statement! All that was documented on the paperwork I SIGNED was an overview of what was in the apartment by roomNo "prior" dangers were noted Also how should I expect to receive my UHal reimbursement? I have attached the Uhal receipt as I did not receive confirmation it was received by email, along with pictures for your review Regards, [redacted] ***

Good afternoon, and after reading your reply I've asked our crew about the details on this job, they have shared with me that the table that you said was cracked was already cracked, prior to movingAlso the headboard already was notated on our mandatory inventory damage sheet that it had prior scratches to begin with which I can provide proof if need soOur men worked very hard and your furniture was padded and stretch wrapped, we did the best we could and we have already compensated you for the time that you said was wasted because of the gentleman taking their timeThe reason why they take their time is because we want to make sure that nothing is ever damaged we have already compensated you for the time that you said was wasted because of the gentleman taking their timeThe reason why they take their time is because we want to make sure that nothing is ever damaged or scratched that's why we pad to each piece of furniture and stretch wrap each piece of furniture as wellI'm sorry that your experience was not professional as you wanted us to be, but we took care of your move we compensated you, and we did the best that we could, we are a small family owned company, And our workers work very hard for what they do sometimes in customers eyes they don't work hard enough for them but they work very hard and they were dedicated to finish your entire jobThank you for your previous business I'm sorry that you didn't feel that we were as professional as we should have beenBut compensation has already been made for you for this moving job. ***

Ma'am the service was provided nothing was broken besides a piece of glass the glass is that a custom glass shop here in Jacksonville I need to get in contact with *** I told you multiple times to get in contact with him to pick it up the glasses already paid for please take this negative
review off of the Revdex.com link service was completed as on the contract we did so that is all I have to say about that thank you
