I had problems with my brakes on my trailer, so I looked up trailer repair shops I called on a Friday they told me that they could look at it monday I told him I had problem before And I had paid to fix the brakes and left with no brakes He told me that they do not do business that way that if they don't fix it that I would not have to pay So I made a appointment for Monday I paid days in a motel so they could fix the trailer, plus food about $ [redacted] When I arrived I had about 20% brakes, they told me that I had a bad seal and on the left, front hub the magnet came off and that they did not have ether part I never had any oil leak out the seal was bad it leaked inside, they said that they could reuse the magnet and the brakes would be good and they put every thing back together I said that that's great So I paid the bill of $ [redacted] an wheat to get it I got in my truck pulled forward feet hit the trailer brakes and ther was none I told the man that I had no brakes and he said that when he had the trailer up on the jack that the brakes work but the trailer was to heavy I said what do you mean to heavy it's empty , he said I could talk to the man at the front desk, So I whent to the front desk and he told me that if I wanted the brakes to work better that they could replace the brakes because that they were worn ad that's why they did not work And that's all he could tell meAnd walked away I got miles down the road and I had oil all over the rim and tire on the outside, I cleaned it up the best I could and drove another miles to fix it my self to find out that they tighten it so tight that bearings both had to be replaced it took me minutes just to get the nut off This was the worst place I have ever been when it comes to customer service
I had problems with my brakes on my trailer, so I looked up trailer repair shops.
I called on a Friday they told me that they could look at it monday I told him I had problem before
And I had paid to fix the brakes and left with no brakes.
He told me that they do not do business that way that if they don't fix it that I would not have to pay.
So I made a appointment for Monday.
I paid 3 days in a motel so they could fix the trailer, plus food about $[redacted]
When I arrived I had about 20% brakes, they told me that I had a bad seal and on the left, front hub the magnet came off and that they did not have ether part .
I never had any oil leak out the seal was bad it leaked inside, they said that they could reuse the magnet and the brakes would be good and they put every thing back together I said that that's great .
So I paid the bill of $[redacted] an wheat to get it .
I got in my truck pulled forward 5 feet hit the trailer brakes and ther was none 0
I told the man that I had no brakes and he said that when he had the trailer up on the jack that the brakes work but the trailer was to heavy I said what do you mean to heavy it's empty , he said I could talk to the man at the front desk,
So I whent to the front desk and he told me that if I wanted the brakes to work better that they could replace the brakes because that they were worn ad that's why they did not work.
And that's all he could tell me. And walked away
I got 50 miles down the road and I had oil all over the rim and tire on the outside, I cleaned it up the best I could and drove another 20 miles to fix it my self to find out that they tighten it so tight that bearings both had to be replaced it took me 20 minutes just to get the nut off.
This was the worst place I have ever been when it comes to customer service.
