Hi [redacted] I recently contacted the Revdex.com after spending weeks waiting on a response from the Big Rock TechnicianI called and left verbal message once in April and times in May (not just May 21)Cell phone number and name was left each timeNot until I submitted this report did I receive a callThe call was on 6/8/at 4:14pmI called back minutes later at 4:24pm and there was no answer so I left a messageI left another voice mail at 8:45AM today, 6/10/ Here is the history of this trolling motorIt is a model [redacted] ser WSXXXXXXXXXX This trolling motor has had a lot of problems [redacted] at Big Rock was very helpful and sent me parts for warranty repair times in (not just one time), The following problems were resolved back then: Main power pack in the head unit stopped working [redacted] mailed me a new one which I installedProblem resolved Then the gravity switch in the head unit went out [redacted] mailed me a new one which I installedProblem resolved The speed control (rheostat) inside the foot controller went bad [redacted] mailed me a new one which I installedProblem resolved Present problems: When the left or right motor switches for motor rotation control are pressed, the trolling motor drive prop spins at half speedThe positional motor does not rotate The curled control wiring harness up to the top head is completely dry rottedThe motor is only years old I need help fixing these issuesAfter all the trouble I have had with this trolling motor I would hope that Big Rock would do whatever needed to fix the latest issues You have my phone number Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 17, 2015/06/17) */ I was contacted by Big Rock Sports and they have replaced my motor with a new oneI'm very happyThe problem was resolved [redacted] ***

I received a phone call on June 4, 2015 regarding Mr. [redacted] case #XXXXXXXX. Prior to speaking with [redacted] from Revdex.com, I have only received one voice message from Mr [redacted] on My 21, 2015 at 1:25pm. I reached out to Mr [redacted] by phone on several occasions but was never able to reach him. I recently contacted the Revdex.com after spending 6 weeks waiting on a response from the Big Rock Technician. I called and left verbal message once in April and 3 times in May (not just May 21). Cell phone number and name was left each time. Not until I submitted this report did I receive a call. The call was on 6/8/15 at 4:14pm. I called back 10 minutes later at 4:24pm and there was no answer so I left a message. I left another voice mail at 8:45AM today, 6/10/14.

This trolling motor has had a lot of problems. [redacted] at Big Rock was very helpful and sent me parts for warranty repair 3 times in 2014 (not just one time), The following problems were resolved back then:
1. Main power pack in the head unit stopped working. [redacted] mailed me a new one which I installed. Problem resolved.
2. Then the gravity switch in the head unit went out. [redacted] mailed me a new one which I installed. Problem resolved.
3. The speed control (rheostat) inside the foot controller went bad. [redacted] mailed me a new one which I installed. Problem resolved.
Present problems:
1. When the left or right motor switches for motor rotation control are pressed, the trolling motor drive prop spins at half speed. The positional motor does not rotate.
2. The curled control wiring harness up to the top head is completely dry rotted. The motor is only 2 years old.
I need help fixing these 2 issues. After all the trouble I have had with this trolling motor I would hope that Big Rock would do whatever needed to fix the latest issues.
