Review: We went to the business requesting pergo. The owner discussed the more expensive "indestructible" luxury vinyl tile and showed portions that were insulted outdoors and survived the fire and winter months. The day he was to begin by 10am and he had not arrived by noon. Owner was contacted and when installer did arrive he only unloaded the materials and left, stating he'd be back at 8 the next morning. He did not arrive until after 10 and worked for 1 hour and left to "go check out the job at the judges house and pick up a saw", not returning for nearly 2 hours. Work was slow and the 2~3 day job, was now estimated at 4. Each day he arrived late sometimes after lunch. The owner was contacted several times about this and he started that the installer was good but slow to be patient. Installation continued for 7 days total! The job was poor and the titles were so sloppy two tubes of filler were used and they ran out. The installer demanded the second payment in full his last day there and stated he would call the next day to schedule a time to come out with filler and to replace the sections of our baseboard that he broke in half removing it. He never called. A FEW weeks went by and the owner was called again. He stated the installer was not answering his calls either and he never returned his tile cutting tools. Seventeen calls continued and owner stated he was holding some guns of the installers and would sell them if needed to motivate him. Installer finally agreed to come out in August. He sawed the base board making it worse and then used putty to piece sections together. He didn't show the next day when agreed too then lied saying he never got the message he responded too. Owner shown pictures of issues. We had to buy replacement boards and stain. New installer came out to view issues didnt return until October. Never returned with strips. Was told to be patient he had been in car accident. Noone returned. Being told we are too picky when boards are pooping up. Owner shared other complaints recDesired Settlement: It's been 8 months of flooring not finished baseboard not in place floor strips missing and tiles peeling off and popping up. We feel the flooring looks cheap and we were"dooped" into the most expensive flooring without the results that was claimed. Then bring called picky and that the work will never be good enough for us! Poor customer service for having to buy fridge doors for one customer and replacing tile for another...to saying you thought about selling your business bc of the installers
