Review: Aside from no quality or care with care to the preparation of the food we ordered, the order was incorrect. All the food was over cooked. Sauce was honey BbQ not mild on the wings and honey mustard wrap was not breaded chicken. When I called to ask for a refund, as the order was wrong, over cooked and too late to wait for them to resend another order--I received attitude from the staff. The staff said the manger needed to verify the order was wrong and would send wow one to pick up the wings. She also said the wrap only comes in grilled not breaded as we had requested. I tried to debate since the menu clearly states it doesn't. The said they would send a driver to come a d get the wings and then refund me my money. They sent a driver to come get the wings but in the meAntime, my husband had added some hot sauce and did eat approx 8 of the 18 wings. I never heard back from the manager so I called back the next day a d was advised by staff that the manager was not crediting me anything, the sauce was correct-- not only was that not true but he did take half the order back and still credited me nothing. Additionally he would not speak with me directly.Desired Settlement: At the very least, I would like to be refunded for the items that were incorrect, approx $17.
