I purchased heating and cooling units from this company in Both have had numerous issues and have been repaired numerous times
I contacted Big Sandy in June to discuss a resolutionI was assured by the employee that the business owner would contact me to discuss further, It has been a month and still no returned call
Big Sandy sent a repairman to check out my unitThe diagnosis was a bad reversing valveI was unsure that the correct diagnosis had been made, and had other local shops check out the problemBoth shops diagnosed a bad compressorWhen asked if the reversing valve could be bad, both said noThey both stated that the pressures would indicate an issue with the valve
The compressor was still covered under warranty, but Big Sandy would not warranty, because their repairman didn't think that was the problemI have since had the unit replaced by one of the other local shops, and no further issues have occurredThis was the 2nd time Big Sandy had misdiagn
