Greetings from Big Sandy Lodge & Resort,In the matter of *** *** and his complaint against our business it is first noteworthy that we have spoken with Mr*** numerous times over the past weeks. We value our guests experiences above all else and we try to make amends if our
services fall short. We have discussed with him the issues he had with his pontoon rental and refunded him the amount $which is the full amount of the pontoon rental (see attachments). The requested refund of $is not valid nor based on facts. He is attempting to also recoup the cost of the Jet ski rental he also claims as "unauthorized" when that is clearly not the case (see signed agreement attached)He experienced nor referenced any issues with that rental and is due not refund for it. His claims that he never agreed to have his card charged for the rentals are not true. We would never run unauthorized charges on any card and the attachments should vindicate us in this matter. As you note, there are two sides to every issue and we assure you that Mr*** differs from ours. However, we have tried to make it right with him and hopefully this will close the matter.
