I ordered a pair of Timberland boots (size 16: $197.99) as a graduation gift for my nephew Instead, I received a pair of camouflaged Crocs (size 15) I called this company to speak to a supervisor and the lady that answered the phone stated that she was a supervisor This lady suggested that I get a card to give to my nephew and write that the boots are coming I was very upset with her suggestion She then told me she could air flight the Timberland boots out to me and that they would arrive Saturday around noon (the day of my nephew graduation) The boots never showed until that Tuesday I have never experienced such poor customer service and will never do business with this company again
