I am rejecting this response because:
stated he removed a ton of brush? no way.He does not know where and who he does work for?Carl Gibbs will testify that he cut down the bush. He bundle up the branches and placed them infront yard for pick up from the city. My brother Lawrence Andersen will also will testify that the bush had been cut downdown with only a few sticks coming up from the stump.He also heard me ask for a ton of dirt to be brought inwill go to the State Anttorney office, Prairie legal services,and Dept of ageing.....THIS IS WRONG!!!
Our 1st Job for Mr [redacted] was to remove approximately one ton of Branches and Evergreens from his Property. We also a we cut A Tree Stump Closer to the Ground for him and put a load of dirt around it to level it off. We then left the Property. A few hours...
later Mr [redacted] called and asked if we bring some more dirt because he didn’t think he could mow over the Stump We then Brought another load of dirt and leveled off again.
