Big Shot Indoor Range

Went in with friend on 12/15/15 to order AR-15 kit for him and have gunsmith there complete assembly. Told 3-5 days for kit to arrive and can start work. On 12/23/15, I went in and ordered a kit as well. Told too, 3-5 days to arrive. Figuring holidays, waited until after New Years to hear a call that both kits arrived. Nothing! By 01/05/16, called 2 times and went in to ask have kits arrived and where gunsmith is. Told unknown on kits and gun smith on vacation until 01/12/16. Called the 12th and 13th with no return call. Went in on the 14th and kits not ordered and only excuses. Told gunsmith to cancel orders and refund credit cards for both orders. Was told would get email saying refund went through. Waited until next Monday and still no email or refund. Went in again and gunsmith said he submitted refund to "book keeping" and waiting. I asked for owner and he wasn't there and they had "no contact number for him". Really? Called later that day and no owner in all day, but told he would be in on Monday (01/25/16). Went in today and asked for owner and not there, no contact info again. Poor customer support, poor ordering, and refund policy.","neg-1
