I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
I apologize for the trouble but I am looking at the credit card activity (it is right in front of me) and there is no refund processed on 4/27 or any other date for this [redacted] ending in [redacted]. The pdf attachment from the company shows under payments: "Refunds: .00 (and then in red) Balance Due 13.83" Under Notes for 4/27 it says "Refund entered for entire order" Canceled. Is it possible the refund was not processed and this was "entered" in the system and thus still showing (in red) Balance Due with Refund still being .00? I would include an attachment but there is no transaction in April or May or previous to this showing it. Thank you in advance for your attention in this matter.

I did not receive the refund for shipping and frankly for all the lies, my wasted time and stress, the whole order should be refunded. I have NEVER in my life dealt with a company that is so unprofessional and blatantly lies. Things happen, own it and do what's right. LIES get you nowhere in life. If they want to issue any type of refund, they will have to call me for my new credit card number as the card they have on file was cancel due to fraud breach from [redacted].
