Review: I paid big sky auto glass to install a window and a window regulator in my 1995 Pontiac firebird he charged me 315.00 . so I picked up my car at the end of the day when they closed and I reliezed that my window was not sealing and could not roll up the window all the way with the door closed so I would have to open the door to roll up the window iv taken my car back three times and nothing was done so on my last visit I requested that the problem be fixed or I wanted my money back and he refused to fix my car and refund me my money the last time I talked to him was over the phone and he hung up on me so I went to his shop to talk to him and he refused to talk to me and got in his car and left. for the record [redacted] the owner is the one iv been dealing with. the first time I tried to take my car back to him to align my window [redacted] had told me he had no time that week the day was Tuesday and my coworker had called ten minites after I got off the phone with [redacted] and needed a windshield installed [redacted] had told him " I have the window in stock and can put it in this afternoon" so he did not have an hour to fix my car that he messed up but had two hours to install a window for my coworkerDesired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my money
