I would be happy to get a refund but at this point I'm just tired of the whole thing.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I find it great that you guys extended the deadline for Big Sky to respond to my complaint. However he didn't need any extra time to send me an e mail threatening legal action if I refused to resend my complaint.
I phoned well...

before the October 23 date to find out when and how I needed to go about closing my account without an early termination fee. I was given a date when I could cancel without penalty, at that time nothing was said about a form.
When I phoned back in October to cancel I wasn't told about the cancelation protocol. I believe the calls are recorded, if you let me hear the recording of these protocols being reviewed I will be happy to not only apologize but resend my complaint. This isn't how I remember the call going though. I did agree to let them compare costs but I didn't agree to pay for services I wasn't going to use.
Gary did make many attempts to contact me and when I finally spoke with him I told him I had already switched companies and was going to stay with the new company. I told him I was still was billed from Big Sky. He told me I had agreed to stay with them until a comparison was done. I told him that I never agreed to that and asked why I would want to pay for a machine I was no longer using. I told him to cancel my account and again was never told about a form.
When I phoned again in December I was finally told my cancelation would have to be in written form, as I was on the phone I e mailed my request, in writing, to close my account. I still wasn't told about their form, when the cancelation form was finally discussed I was told it would be back dated to my first call in October, it wasn't. Had it been back dated I doubt I would have been charged the annual fee that posted late December. This fee was one of the charges that really got me, later I was informed that I had used service most of the year.
Even in their opinion I have been charged fees in February that should not have been charged. As far as a check, it is a check that I have yet to see. I still feel I should have never been charged the non compliance fee or the annual fee.
He references an e mail that I wrote, I did write this e mail out of frustration. I was charged just under $20 for a terminal being non compliant, a terminal I wasn't using. They felt this was a legitimate charge. To date I am still happy to be through with them.
He also addresses that he had asked me to contact him directly with any further questions or concerns. He had made his position very clear when he declined to refund any parts of the fees that I was disputing. When I saw fees go out again in February my last place to turn was the Revdex.com.
Also I have read through the 4 page agreement that I signed when I started doing business with Big Sky, I see nothing in it about a cancelation protocol. I am only bound by the contract that I signed not some arbitrary policy they are trying to impose down the line.
I am a very small business and I can assure you my integrity is not at risk. I feel that I was not treated fairly and I don't want this to happen to somebody else.Sincerely,[redacted]
