Review: I have tried to file a complaint online regarding an Oct 1 ,2013 deposit of $2,600 we are attempting to have refunded from Big Sky Concrete in Great Falls, Mt due to the job not being scheduled,started,nor completed as we expected by the middle of October. We are unable to find the contractor, [redacted], He does not have an address listed on the job estimate, just his [redacted] and phone ###-###-####. He does not return phone calls nor respond to letters to addresses we located on the internet. We also sent an email with the letters attached listing our concerns and a request for the deposit to be returned. We did have good references from our neighbor and another friend. We are senior citizens and have been polite and patient with this person but he has not been polite nor patient with us and he has disappeared. During our last telephone conversation Oct. 10th he did not comprehend our need for a timeline due to medical appointments,out of town travel,and the desire to be present when he began the job. He offered to return our deposit but we waited for his call to schedule the job. No word at all and no deposit. We made the deposit in good faith and expected to have the (2 day) job completed by the middle of October before the weather changed and out of state guests arrived. We now have a financial emergency involving significant expenses due to the death of a family member this past week.Desired Settlement: We need to have the $2,610 deposit for work not done nor scheduled returned.

Review: I contracted with Big Sky Concrete to complete a concrete footing and pad for a new garage, Several weeks ago he failed to appear, as promised, and has been non responsive to numerous requests for information regarding when I might expect him to complete the job. Last week he finally called me back after I threatened to contact you. He stated that he had some non-specific health issue. He also stated that I would have concrete by today. Again he is a no-show and no call to explain why. I called yesterday and again this morning reminding him of his commitment and requesting an update. Again with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like him to complete the concrete work as soon as possible
