Review: I dropped off a rental vehicle Friday afternoon and was told it would be checked in the next day and an email would be sent to me. They did not do any of that. They are contracted with U-Haul. Tuesday, 4 days later, I received an urgent phone message from Big Sky U-Haul asking for a call ASAP. I called twice and got no answer. I decided to drive to their location instead. When we arrived we were directed to the manager of the U-Haul rentals. Though the office was open he was not around. We called inside and out for him. Finally, two dogs, (one a pit bull), came running from around a back building towards me, followed by a man, mid to late 50ies. I told him I was sent there by the main office and that I had been called by [redacted] because there was a problem with my rental drop off. He was instantly aggressive, raised his voice at my partner, and would not listen to me. He refused to help with the U-haul issue, told us to leave the property, wanted to fight with my partner, told my partner and me that we seemed like unhappy people who needed to go home and [redacted] His manners, voice level, and tone were violent, frightening and completely uncalled for. I still have no idea why they called me or what the problem with my rental vehicle might be. I asked repeatedly for his name but he refused to give me his name, saying it "was beyond my reach". And, now I will have to take time off work to go back during their business hours, but I will not go back without a Sheriff's escort as he was too violent and angry for a single woman alone to have to deal with.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to have a less than desirable rating if the business owner does not handle this properly, personally, and immediately. I would like U-Haul to evaluate this facility and see if they deserve to have the franchise. Other customers would appreciate a warning before doing business with this man.

Review: I recently rented a [redacted] and went approximately 70 miles, but they charged me an extra $180 and claimed I went more miles. I know how far I went. Also when I first rented the [redacted] I noticed where the contract stated the truck had a certain amount of gallons of fuel but it actually had less. Luckily I noticed it or I would have been charged extra. I had to go back and wait a half hour while they changed it, wasting my time. Very sloppy work on their part. I reported the complaint to the bank where they made the purchase. When [redacted] was contacted they denied the whole thing, saying I went that many miles, calling me a liar.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund plus a $5,000 settlement for their treatment toward me.
