I am rejecting this response because:
I did not request a home demoi was handed a card and instructed to choose a time to have Llyod come to my home to measure the square footage for a cealing paintI was given the impression that I was exoected to give out my hime address and then accept a time for this hime visitI even stated that I wasn't sure when a good time would be and felt even more presure to agree to the next day since we were given a free dinner that eveningWhen I rejected the cost of the paint I was asked about the ait filter deviceAfter Llyod came to the hiuse I was pressured into at least "applying for the credit" to see if we qualified to buy the deviceWe were unable to get abreaponse that eveingLlyod said he would keep teying and would gwt back to usKeep in mind that we NEVER filled iut an applicationWe NEVER put our hands on the paperwork until it came time to sign itWhen the paperwork was finally.presented to us, Lloyd placed his hand iver the Fine print ofnthe contract which kust happened to be to the left of the area that we were to sign essentially covering that small small nix that stated we had days to decideLloyd kept telling us it would take several weeks to notice a difference and NEVER told us that we had only days days to get out of the contractAgain, how does a company olny give a three day window for a device that will take weeks to start workingAs for this slander accusationI have said nothing that is not trueI was sold a device that is NOT working and have neen treated with distain when tryingto resolve this issueAgain, we only want this company to take back thwir product and cancel out contract with the finance companyIt has been reboxed andbeen sitting in iur home waiting for them to oick it up

Monday, January 22,2018To Whom This Concern,Concerning case #***My salesperson Lloyd B*** conducted a two hour dinner presentation at a local restaurant in Hamilton Mtthat Mr*** attendedAfter the dinner program he requested an appointment with Lloyd B*** at his residenceLloyd
showed up on time at the appointment and demonstrated the BA pro again in Mr***'s houseMr*** agreed to purchase the BA pro and gave Lloyd a $check as a down paymentHe gave all his credit information for financingLloyd set up the BA pro, he explained everything to him about the paperwork, shook his hand and left the propertyLeaving behind the receipt which clearly states the three day free lookIt was thirty days after owning the product our office or Lloyd received the first call from Mr***I also resent his comment that I said, "you're st out of luck," to Mr***I told him it was between you and the finance companyIts misfortunate that Mr*** is trying to slander my company, because of this I have contacted my attorney and he is looking into this. Mr. [redacted] agreed to purchase the BA 1000 pro and gave Lloyd a $100.00 check as a down payment. He gave all his credit information for financing. Lloyd set up the BA 1000 pro, he explained everything to him about the paperwork, shook his hand and left the property. Leaving behind the receipt which clearly states the three day free look. It was thirty days after owning the product our office or Lloyd received the first call from Mr. [redacted]. I also resent his comment that I said, "you're st out of luck," to Mr. [redacted]. I told him it was between you and the finance company.
