they insist we are the correct company we would like a copy of the estimate, invoice and statement to verify that it is indeed our customer

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Big Sky Exterior & Design did do the work on my house. They put the quote under my maiden name [redacted] so that is why the could not find the install. I had to put down $2100.00 on May 29, 2015 to get the soffit, fascia and window wrap. I was told it would be done the next month. I CALLED them every month. I finally got the install done on October !.  I did not notice the gaps in the fascia until I was inspecting for hail damage on May 14. I want them to come out and fix the gaps, dents, etc. that they did when they installed it. It made me mad that I had to contact them. I feel that if it was not for a friend that I work with that knew the owners of this company, I would still be waiting on them. I paid them $4200.00 and expected a lot better job than they did. I responded to this once and hit ok but I cannot find it so I am responding again just to make sure that you receive it.
I contacted [redacted] on 8/11 and spoke to her about some of the issues she had with her trim and scheduled a time to meet onsite at 3:30pm.  After reviewing the project with [redacted] I agreed that there were a few issues that needed to be addressed.  [redacted] and I also looked over some of the damage from our latest hail storm and agreed to let us fix it for her.  I explained to her that one of my crews was getting ready to wrap up a project and as soon as they were done we would get right on to fixing the issues.  I called [redacted] back Friday 8/12 letting her know my crew was done and if she would mind us showing up to start on the repairs.  The crew finished up the repairs Monday 8/15. 
[redacted] and I also discussed the poor communication that occurred at the beginning of her project.  I explained to her that we have put several procedures in place to try and prevent this in the future.  When we received the complaint from Revdex.com this was the first time that we were notified of any issues on [redacted]'s home.  I have attached a copy of the quality assurance inspection report that all customers are asked to fill out at the end of their project.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I should not have signed off on the agreement before thoroughly looking at the job. I did not notice all the mistakes they had made until I was looking at all the hail damage on my house.  I am very happy with the response from Big Sky Exteriors. Mark has gone above and beyond to make everything right.  He called on 8/11 to meet with me at my house. We went over what needed to be fixed.  His crew started on it the next day after finishing another job.  They are not totally finished yet but will be done today. Big Sky Exterior designs was professional and courteous through the whole process. When we decided to replace the vinyl siding on our house we wanted to upgrade. We consulted with several siding companies. Only two were courteous enough to spend time with us discussion our options. Then when the bids came in, Big Sky Exterior Designs was the only one that came in with the options we wanted at a reasonable price. They were again professional and courteous during the install process. I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I decided to replace the windows in our 85 year old house. We contacted a few possible contractors and decided to accept the bid we received from Big Sky Exterior Designs. They had done some siding work in the neighborhood and the feedback was good.
After agreeing on a price, [redacted], the co-owner showed up with a video camera and went from window to window describing what had to be done so that the installers could watch the video and have a clear idea of what needed to be done before they started work on-site. A great idea!
They estimated when they could do the work and actually tried to start a couple days early but we couldn't accommodate an early start. When they did begin the work the weather turned nasty but they were able to install half the windows the first day. The next day was even worse and one of the installers couldn't get out of his driveway so no work was done for a couple days because of the weather (blowing snow and -20F wind chill) and Sunday. Things improved by Monday and they were able to finish installing and do all the wrapping in two days.
The supervisor, [redacted], was very communicative and willing to take time to demonstrate how the windows worked and answer any questions we had as the work progressed. He also responded very well to a couple special requests and re-worked the schedule to accommodate our needs.
One of the owners called at one point to ask how the work was going and were we satisfied at that point. That's the first time I've ever had a manager or owner phone to see if the work was being done correctly.
The only complaint we have is that on the day of the blizzard, [redacted] left and never let us know he was not returning which, while not a surprise, given the weather, was worrisome. He apologized profusely on Monday.
Our over-all experience was excellent and we would have no reservations in recommending Big Sky Exterior Designs to others.

The web page talks about how this is a family owned and operated business.
The contact I received from them was mostly non-English speaking.
They took a down-payment to side my personal residence and were from their projected date when they came to do the job.
Also when they showed up had the wrong siding. They said they would return with the correct siding and did not.
In truth the most efficient person I had contact with was the one who obtained the payment from my insurer.

beware they talk the talk but when it come time to get it done they show up late sub the job out to other contractors and leave a mess when they are done Very poor siding job

I was very pleased with the expedient response to my request for siding quote for my house. [redacted] arrived within few days to measure and determine my siding repair needs; he returned again in a day or so with the quote. After receiving insurance approval to proceed with repairs, [redacted] returned to video the damage and explain the repair procedure. My job then went on project schedule list. I was able to go online and see where I was in the work order which I found helpful. While awaiting my turn for repairs, I received a surprise call from Big Sky with an immediate opening that fit my repair needs. I was delighted to have the job done earlier than expected. the installer did a fabulous job, worked efficiently, steadily and cleaned up meticulously afterwards. I was extremely pleased with Big Sky Exteriors from start to finish. I will definitely use them for any future repair needs I might have.

Our experience with Big Sky Exterior Designs was very positive right from the start, when the salesman suggested a very beautiful, distinctive design using stone accents to replace our old, damaged vinyl siding. They offered us a good price, so we agreed. Each day of this two week job, the crew arrived on time and worked consistently through extremely hot days. They were not just installers, they were conscientious craftsmen who really cared that the finished product would look just right. The crew did emphasize that the end result must be pleasing to us, and that they would change anything necessary to satisfy us in the way our house looked. The owner did call one day to make sure that things were progressing to our satisfaction. We were pleased with the precision and pace of the work being done. Our house now has a very beautiful, high end look and its value has certainly increased with the work done by Big Sky Exterior Designs.
