I responded to this once and hit ok but I cannot find it so I am responding again just to make sure that you receive it I contacted [redacted] on 8/and spoke to her about some of the issues she had with her trim and scheduled a time to meet onsite at 3:30pm After reviewing the project with [redacted] I agreed that there were a few issues that needed to be addressed [redacted] and I also looked over some of the damage from our latest hail storm and agreed to let us fix it for her I explained to her that one of my crews was getting ready to wrap up a project and as soon as they were done we would get right on to fixing the issues I called [redacted] back Friday 8/letting her know my crew was done and if she would mind us showing up to start on the repairs The crew finished up the repairs Monday 8/ [redacted] and I also discussed the poor communication that occurred at the beginning of her project I explained to her that we have put several procedures in place to try and prevent this in the future When we received the complaint from Revdex.com this was the first time that we were notified of any issues on [redacted] 's home I have attached a copy of the quality assurance inspection report that all customers are asked to fill out at the end of their project Thanks Mark M [redacted] President Big Sky Exterior Designs INC

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Big Sky Exterior & Design did do the work on my houseThey put the quote under my maiden name [redacted] so that is why the could not find the installI had to put down $on May 29, to get the soffit, fascia and window wrapI was told it would be done the next monthI CALLED them every monthI finally got the install done on October ! I did not notice the gaps in the fascia until I was inspecting for hail damage on May I want them to come out and fix the gaps, dents, etcthat they did when they installed itIt made me mad that I had to contact themI feel that if it was not for a friend that I work with that knew the owners of this company, I would still be waiting on themI paid them $and expected a lot better job than they didI think they hurried through the install to get me off their backSincerely, [redacted]
