To Whom it May Concern:I have read the response from Big Sky Ford and find it falseMy mother, *** was the first person to call and complain about the problems with the vehicleShe did not speak with Martin G***, she spoke with the man that worked on the car, I believe his name Jody, or Joe, something along those linesShe tried to explain to him the problems with the car, and what was going on and asked that they make it rightHe in turn told her she was a woman and didn't know anything about cars, and continued to belittle her and call her a liarYes, she may have gotten a little worked up, but his words were not that of my mother.I have had a certified mechanic look at the car, I had to have it towed to *** ***He was the one who informed me that the wrong antifreeze was used in the car, and when I tried to explain that to big sky, I was again told I know nothing about cars and that it doesn't matter what kind of anti freeze you useI have the documentation from my Certified mechanic, and he can give more details as to what was done wrong with the car.I find it ironic that after filing this complaint that a letter appears in the Scottsbluff Star Herald from Big Sky Ford, apologizing for there Service manager wronging the customersYes, contacting an attorney was mentioned, because I am a young single woman who feels like I was taken advantage ofI work hard to support myself and my daughter and was only looking for reliable transportation that I had to wait until income tax time to be able to purchase. As of right now, I have spent over $on a car that will not last me through the yearI feel cheated and wronged, and I truly believe that being a young single woman, I was taken advantage of.Sincerely,*** ***

$3,500.00  please see attachments, this car was sold as is with absolutely no warranty.  We negotiated at length with Ms. [redacted] and sold her the car at a loss after making some repairs internally.  She contacted me personally about 45 days after purchasing the car she used very vile and unprofessional language, threatened to sue this dealership at that time I told her that every word from the first threat to sue could and will be used against her in court and that this dealership would not assist her in any way.   At that point she told me that her attorney would [redacted] my [redacted] and I hung up the phone. Ms. [redacted] called me back about two weeks after that and did change her use of the English language and did not curse every other word. During this call she informed me that her mechanic, not a professional mechanic told her we used the wrong type of antifreeze when we repaired the coolant leak, and that the wrong type of anti-freeze destroyed her heater core, radiator and was eating the engine.  I informed her that was impossible and that if she would bring us the vehicle I would have our trained and certified techs properly diagnose the vehicle and we could discuss any repairs that were needed at that time.  She informed me that was impossible and that she was going to sue this dealership if I did not give her a full refund on the vehicle.  I told her that was not possible and reminded that she should not say any more at that time as she has once again threatened to sue.  The conversation went in the direction of her original phone call and I informed her at that time there was nothing we could do for her.  This store has been around for 19 years and we are proud of our reputation of honesty, sincerity and fairness.  I do not allow people to use the type of language she did nor do I tolerate dishonesty I am sorry she feels the way she does but I do not know how the car was used or operated the first 45 days of ownership and her use of language I am sorry but I find that intolerable.  If she would bring the car to us I would have our technicians look at it and discuss repairs at that time.  I hope that you can find a way to clear this nonfactual statement off of our record with your company. Martin G[redacted]OwnerBig Sky Ford and Lincolnwww.bigskyford.netwww.bigskylincoln.com307-532-6326 cell phone307-532-2114 [email protected] Attachments areaPreview attachment [redacted].pdfPDF[redacted].pdf

Hello Jay,I am responding to a claim #[redacted]....The customer [redacted] had his  2005 ford pickup in for a no crank and no...

start. we diagnosed that it had a aftermarket oil cap on it as well as dead batteries and a icp pressure selonid ...after numerious hours(6 total) we found these multpble issues.we replaced all issues and due to the time involved in getting this vehicle ..we discounted the bill and only charged 4,5 total hours and not an additional 6 hours for diag.We have 1 certified tech that is capible of doing this repair and finished the job as soon as parts came in and we could finish the vehicle. We did feel the repair and lenght of time was excessive but felt the discount was acceptable due to the waiting time. Regards,[redacted]
