To Whom it may concern:I understand the ***'s frustration with Big Sky Homes and Magnolia Homes We have submitted on numerous occasions throughout last months the lists to Magnolia to get parts We had Magnolia's service department supposedly sending their repair technicians out to ***'s home to complete these repairs Magnolia did not send most of the parts with their technicians As of march/April I told ***'s I would try and buy what I can locally to finish it and bill Magnolia for it However, almost all the items on the list are items needing to come from Magnolia I have a home coming to Shilo the start of this week sometime with a bunch of doors etc in the home for ***'s Once these items are here I can have my service guys fix a bunch of the listed items I have a drywaller that is to call and schedule with ***'s today, when he can come out and fix cracks from settling that Magnolia promised to fix as a goodwill I am still fighting the factory on a few items I have quit selling the Magnolia product out of my branch do the fact that I cannot get parts in a timely manner to take care of customers I will continue to fight with Magnolia until I get my remaining customers taken care of You can be assured that we will complete the repairs on ***'s homeSincerely, [redacted] Big Sky Homes-BillingsBranch Manager

[redacted]'s home to complete these repairs. Magnolia did not send most of the parts with their technicians. As of march/April I told [redacted]'s I would try and buy what I can locally to finish it and bill Magnolia for it. However, almost all the items on the list are items needing to come from Magnolia.
