Hi,I have worked this situation out with *** *** at Big Sky International.It just so happened that there was a series of mishaps which caused a breakdown in communications between them and myself.*** was very apologetic and could not do enough to help get my tent to me.He also gave me a partial
refund on my tent.His tents are of exceptional quality and value.I will not hesitate to purchase from this company again.I do apologize that this complaint has taken this course, just one of those times where things go wrong and the worst is imagined.Anyway, thank you for your help and wish you and Big Sky International all the best.Kindest Regards***
