I called times all together the first time was when my order was messed up and matt said he would replace my italian beef sandwich because it was cold and I didnt have extra cheese on it and I paid for another cup of au juice which I did not recieve or neither my garidnera then which this was over a month ago then I called on november 6th and the csr said he does not see my order and there was no manager there right now that he could not do anything so then I call back on november 9th and talked to matt and told him the whole story again which he did not see the order on the board and I told him it was from over a month ago so all I said to him was what ever I will just pay for it again then he went to take my order and asked my my address all I said back was I already gave you my address and he said no you just gave me my phone number so I gave him the address so then he asked me what I would like to order and all I said was are you serious what have I been calling about and I did not swear at him or anything and he hung up on me a manager should not treat there customers like that im very dissapointed in the service I have recieved and I think I should get a appology along with the order that was supposed to get replaced!! I was a manager in a few resturants and if I treated a customer like that I would have gotten wrote up well I hope to here back from you guys asap my phone number is *** thanks

*** has a anger issue she couldn’t tell me the day she ordered who she talked to, we have two managers running the store and have such few complaints that we know each complaint, I was going to take her order but when you start using “f*” in the order process I don’t need thatI asked her
